Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items, wallpaper, and final sale goods are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completing the request.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully package your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
